2.1 Registration Information. You are not required to provide personal information to access our website. However, it is necessary to register on Spanish Online to participate in virtual or face-to-face classes and to use any other of our services. 5.2 Adolescents: Over 14 years old and under 18 years old. In application of the provisions of Law 29733 Personal Data Protection Law, and the S.D. 003-2013-JUS, and especially in article 28 of DS003-2013-JUS, minors must express their consent as owners of their data and authorize expressly and unequivocally and indefinitely that their personal data be treated, stored, systematized and used by Spanish Online.
5.3 Revocation of Consent. At any time, parents and / or legal representatives can revoke their consent. Parents can also request that we delete personal information that we have collected in connection with their child from our records. Please note that a request to delete data records will result in the cancellation of the user account and any Spanish Online services.
5.4 Information Incompatible with this Policy.
