The content and design of the portal constitute works in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 822 – Copyright Law, which is why they are protected by the aforementioned regulations. - Distinctive Signs.-
The trademarks, logos, commercial slogans and other distinctive signs displayed on the portal are exclusively owned by Spanish Online, in accordance with the provisions of Decision 486 of the Andean Community and Legislative Decree No. 1075. In this sense, it is strictly prohibited to use the trademarks, logos, commercial slogans and other distinctive signs displayed on the portal without the explicit written authorization of Spanish Online.

Spanish Online declares that it will absolve claims in accordance with the provisions of Law N ° 29571, Consumer Protection and Defense Code; and Supreme Decree No. 011-2011-PCM – Supreme Decree that approves the Regulation of the Complaints Book of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code; that is, within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days, counted from the date of formulation of the corresponding claim.
In accordance with the provisions of article 24 of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code, Spanish Online reserves the right to extend the term to absolve claims made by users; which will be timely informed to the respective claimant.
- Refund Policy
Spanish Online collects payments on a monthly basis or for purchased services. Each payment is for a specific time during which the classes are offered. Payments can be made in cash, by credit card, by bank transfer, via Paypal or Western Union.
Payments made to Spanish Online are for the specific class(es) and at the specific time(s) in which the student / client enrolled. Spanish Online does not guarantee a specific teacher and we reserve the right to modify or substitute it without prior notice.
Once you’ve made the payment, your space is reserved, and refunds are not available. Individual classes can be transferred to another schedule in special cases, as long as they notify the school administration in writing at least 48 hours before. Without prior notice, the class is lost and will not be recoverable.
